Advance tickets are strongly recommended. Tickets are sold at four prices on the honor system. All tickets include the conference on Saturday and Sunday as well as Friday evening’s reception.

Horizons is a not-for-profit educational event planned by volunteers. Its goal is simply to share knowledge and dialogue, build community and break even. Principal expenses are speaker transportation, venue rental, insurance, printing and technical equipment rental and labor.

The standard ticket price is $100. This is accurately reflects the cost of keeping Horizons sustainable from year to year. It is still significantly less than what similar events on the West Coast and Europe charge. Please purchase a $100 ticket if it is within your means.

Discount tickets are available for $75. This covers actual expenses, but does not provide any capital for next year’s event or growth.

Student / Hardship tickets are available for $40. These are subsidized. Please only purchase one if you are a full-time student, or have a hardship such as unemployment or medical difficulties. The price for these will increase to $50 the on September 1st.

Patron tickets are available at $200 for those who are in a position to be generous. For inquiries about larger donations, please contact us.

If you truly cannot afford to spend money, please volunteer in exchange for admission. Due to capacity and budget issues, we do not sell single day passes at lower prices. Walk-in tickets are available to Friday night’s reception, cash only. Horizons is an all-ages event. Our ticket vendor is a trustworthy independent business and your personal information is kept strictly confidential. All tickets are will call. No tickets will be shipped to you.
