The mission of Horizons is to share knowledge and build community. Please help us continue to put researchers and scholars from all over the world on stage by making a donation.

We keep our budget very tight and pride ourselves on our accessibility to all, with ticket prices starting at $40. Horizons’ principal expenses are speaker transportation, venue rental, insurance and technical services. The board members and planners are all unpaid volunteers.

Next year we will be forced to change our ticketing model dramatically or compromise our ability to bring world-class speakers from across the US and Europe. Please help us avoid this difficult decision by making a donation today.

We are currently operating as a not-for-profit corporation and have applied for IRS 501(c)3 educational charity status. We expect to have our 501(c)3 designation in-hand before the 2011 conference.
