The conference venue for both Saturday, October 6th, 2018 and Sunday, October 7th, 2018 is The Cooper Union Great Hall, at 7 East 7th Street, New York NY 10003.
The most convenient trains are the 6 at Astor Place and the N/R at 8th St, and the 4, 5, 6, N, Q and R at Union Square is also nearby.
There is no parking at the venue.

Seating is first come first serve, other than reserved Patron seats.
Food and drink other than water is not allowed in the auditorium.
There is no coat check available.
The reception venue for Friday, October 5th, 2018 from 7:00pm-11:00pm is The Assemblage John Street at 17 John St in the Financial District.
Food and drink will be available on a concession basis, accepting both cash and credit, including options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diners. While a variety of bespoke botanical elixirs will be available, please note that this is an alcohol-free environment.
Horizons does not have any official hotel, lodging, or parking partners.
We recommend using hotel search engines to find options that match your price point.
Any hotel in downtown or midtown Manhattan will be very convenient. Downtown Brooklyn is also a very short subway ride. Long Island City, Queens also has many hotels with convenient subway access.
Airbnb is also well-regarded in New York City.
Use Google Maps to estimate transit time between locations in New York City. Please keep this in mind if you are booking accommodations in the outer boroughs or far uptown.
SpotHero is helpful for finding parking garages, although driving is not a recommended way to arrive in downtown Manhattan.
Press & Recording
Horizons is a press-friendly event and often provides access to the conference, speakers, and recordings, with advance notice and coordination.
If you are a member of the press who is actively engaged in reportage about psychedelic drugs, please contact us via email with “PRESS REQUEST” in the subject line.
Professional quality recording devices must be registered in advance and the use of recordings is limited by our media agreement.
Speakers may request that their presentations not be recorded, and all guests and members of the press must comply. Use of all recordings from the conference are limited by our media agreement.
Guests may photograph and record the proceedings, so long as they do not interfere with the enjoyment of the conference by other guests.
