Please take a moment to read our ticket philosophy, terms and conditions before purchasing.

Horizons is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit educational event. Its goal is simply to share knowledge and dialogue, build community and break even. Principal expenses are speaker transportation, venue rental, insurance, printing and technical equipment rental and labor. Its directors and board members are not compensated.

Tickets are offered in three tiers, on the honor system. Please purchase tickets at the highest level you are able. If everyone purchases at the minimum level, we will simply have to raise prices for everyone next year.

Advance Tickets

All conference passes include the Friday evening reception and conference on Saturday and Sunday. All advance tickets are will call. No tickets will be shipped to you.

Full price conference passes are $100. This is accurately reflects the cost of keeping Horizons sustainable from year to year.  It is still significantly less than what similar conferences in the US and Europe charge.  Please purchase a $100 ticket if it is within your means.

Discount conference passes are  $80. This covers actual expenses, but does not provide any capital for next year’s event or growth.

Student / hardship conference passes are $60. Please only purchase one if you are truly unable to afford a $75 or $100 tickets. There is a limited supply of these tickets.

Benefactor tickets are available at $250 for those who are in a position to be generous.  This greatly helps us improve the quality of the conference and plan for next year. For inquiries about larger donations, please contact us.

Walk-In Tickets & Day Passes

If attending Horizons is important to you, advance tickets are strongly recommended.

The availability of walk-in tickets will be announced the week before the conference. If walk-in tickets are available, they will be priced above the advance tickets.

Other Notes

Due to capacity and budget restraints, these are truly the lowest prices we can offer. Watch for volunteer opportunities shortly.

Horizons is an all-ages event.  Your personal information is kept strictly confidential.  All tickets are will call.  No tickets will be shipped to you. Line up and schedule are subject to change. Tickets are transferrable, but there are no refunds.
