Thank you to everyone who attended Horizons 2011!

Horizons is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit educational event planned by volunteers.  Its goal is simply to share knowledge and dialogue, build community and break even. Principal expenses are speaker transportation, venue rental, insurance, printing and technical equipment rental and labor. Tickets are sold at four prices on the honor system.

This is ticket information for the 2011 conference, which has already happened.

Walk-In Tickets

Walk-in tickets are available to all three days. Cash only. Walk-in ticket prices:

Three-day conference pass: $60 minimum / $100 recommended
Friday reception only: $15 minimum / $20 recommended
Saturday only: $50 minimum / $75 recommended
Sunday only: $30 minimum /  $50 recommended

Advance Tickets

Advance ticket sales have ended. All advance tickets are will call.  No tickets will be shipped to you.

All conference passes include the conference on Saturday and Sunday as well as Friday evening’s reception.

Full price conference passes are $100. This is accurately reflects the cost of keeping Horizons sustainable from year to year.  It is still significantly less than what similar events on the West Coast and Europe charge.  Please purchase a $100 ticket if it is within your means.

Discount conference passes are  $75. This covers actual expenses, but does not provide any capital for next year’s event or growth.

Student / hardship conference passes are $50. Please only purchase one if you are truly unable to afford a $75 or $100 tickets, or are only attending on Saturday.

Sunday day passes are available for $30. These do not include admission to Friday or Saturday’s programs.

Additional Friday night reception tickets are $10 advance via the Auditorium website, or $15 at the door. Note that this is already included with your conference pass.

Patron tickets are available at $200 for those who are in a position to be generous.  For inquiries about larger donations, please contact us.

Other Notes

Due to capacity and budget restraints, these are truly the lowest prices we can offer. We are no longer able to accept any volunteers.

Horizons is an all-ages event.  Our ticket vendor is a trustworthy independent business and your personal information is kept strictly confidential.  All tickets are will call.  No tickets will be shipped to you. Line up and schedule are subject to change. There are no refunds.
