Please take a moment to read our Philosophy, Policies and Ticket Tier
explanations before purchasing tickets using the form below.

Standard | $111

Standard tickets accurately reflect the price of producing the conference from year to year.

We think this is a very reasonable price for a full weekend of learning, community and entertainment in the heart of New York City.

Please purchase a standard price ticket if you are able, even if the Student / Hardship tier is still on sale.

Patron | $250

Patron tickets allow us to grow by investing in international speakers, state-of-the-art conference facilities with larger capacities, and higher production values.

Patron ticket purchasers are provided with reserved front-and-center seating and express mail delivery of conference credentials in order to avoid lines at check-in.

 | $88

Student / Hardship tickets are offered for those who have challenging financial circumstances, such as full-time scholarship or under/unemployment.

They are highly subsidized, and thus limited in number. Please only purchase a Student / Hardship ticket if it is impossible for you to afford a Standard ticket.

These tickets are limited in number, may have their price increased closer to the event, and will sell out well before the conference.

Day Pass| $66

Day passes are offered for those who wish to only attend one day of the conference.

Day passes are final sales and may not be transferred to another day.

Day passes do not include admission to the reception.

Horizons tickets are sold in three tiers, on the honor system. Please choose the tier you are most able to afford.

All Patron, Standard, and Student/Hardship tickets include entrance to all programming on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Horizons is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit educational charity.

Our goal is simply to share knowledge, create dialogue, build community and break even.

We try to make the conference as affordable as possible while maintaining professional standards.

Registration prices have increased slowly over the years in order to support larger audiences and higher quality production.

The conference has no funding beyond ticket revenue.

There are no refunds, but tickets are transferrable.

Advance tickets are recommended. On show days, check the website for status of walk-in tickets.

Line up and schedule are subject to change.

Horizons is an all-ages event, but children must be silent in the auditorium.

All children who require their own seat must have their own ticket.

With the exception of Patron tickets, seating is first-come, first-served.
